Last week we brought you Lavender Haze, a delicious cannabis infused cocktail sure to arouse your taste buds and help you unwind on a warm summers day.
This week we are thrilled to bring you the invigorating Sativa Sangria, an uplifting mix of classic sangria and an energizing Sativa. The Sativa Sangria perfectly pairs with rejuvenating beach yoga sessions or homemade guacamole and chips.
Sangria Ingredients: 1 bottle of well-chilled white wine 1/2 liter ginger ale 1 c Mangolicious frozen fruit blend (or 1/3 c frozen blueberries, 1/3 c frozen mango, and 1/3 c frozen raspberries) 1/3 c frozen pineapple 1/2 orange, sliced 2 drops infused Lemon Essential Oil A few cubes of ice (optional for extra chilling) Infused Lemon Oil Ingredients: 1 large lemon 1/4 cup of organic coconut oil
Infused Oil Directions:
Begin by lightly grinding your fresh cannabis flower. Next, gently grate your lemon peel over a bowl. Place the ground cannabis and lemon zest into the herb pod. Add the coconut oil to the chamber. For best results, set the temperature to 160-175 degrees for 2-2.5 hours. Once finished, let the oil cool in a dark jar before adding to your Sangria. Combine the wine and ginger ale in a large pitcher, stir well. Gently add the fruit & ice. Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least one hour (we recommend 3-4 hours to get the full fruit flavors). Once chilled, you can add the infused oil directly to the pitcher or you can customize the experience by dosing individual drinks. We suggest 2-3 drops per drink.
