Nicole Stracek is a Minnesota-based freelance writer and editor who found her passion for writing about cannabis over 10 years ago on a whim. Combining her profound gratitude for cannabis with her passion for writing, her first introduction into the industry was a freelance assignment to write a profile feature on the celebrated Farmer Tom Lauerman. As one of the first federally recognized organic cannabis farmers in the country, Farmer Tom’s passion for advocacy solidified Nicole’s desire to become more involved in the cannabis industry. Nicole enjoys writing engaging and educational cannabis content, she is also an artist and a creative soul by nature. Through her writing, she is always looking for ways to learn and grow, and she hopes her work encourages others to do the same. Nicole is a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica Duluth, Minnesota, with a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior management with a minor in psychology.
