Ghost OG
About Ghost OG
History & Genetics
Ghost OG is an OG in the true sense; a classic; the kind that wines and dines and never leaves you hanging. Ghost OG, a bud that is both potent and easy to get along with, is a cross cut of OG Kush and Afghani made by Dark Heart Nursery and is sure to become one of your new favorites.
Appearance, Aroma & Flavor
This mysterious bud is chock full of flavor to match its charming rainbow exterior. You’re sure to marvel at her numerous colors that range from tones of green to yellow to some even as dark as deep purple. These leafy buds are vibrant in their own right but it is the dusting of trichomes and the pop of yellow leaves and glossy orange hairs that leave you with your jaw on the floor. The sweet lemon-lime flavors, as well as strong kushy aromas, enhance this bud's uniqueness, however, it’s truly the 24% THC levels that really set this strain into the no brainer realm.

Common Usage
Effects
Upon your first hit, you’ll get a rush of tingles throughout your body that completely overtakes you and makes you feel uplifted and totally numb. That strength doesn’t subside until hours later on the comedown. As your high spreads from head to toe, a sense of creativity and unwavering need to spread happiness to everyone around you take over. A warming feeling often accompanies this sensation, giving you complete euphoria and relaxing all of your muscles until no amount of joy will get you moving again. New or novice smokers are not recommended to use this strain as it has a tendency to get ahead of you fast, and before you know it, you are down for the count.
THC Content
Because of the sedative-like effects, Ghost OG is used for the treatment of anxiety, stress, and mild insomnia. It has the ability to relieve muscle aches, tension, and headaches and is often recommended in the treatment of chronic pain and severe cramps. Those who suffer from PTSD and cancer have reported relief using this strain. It is not recommended for new or novice users and should still be used in small doses even by those who are considered to be experienced smokers.
Growing
If you love to grow your own marijuana, this strain is going to be a big hit for you. Ghost OG is an easy strain to cultivate and is typically pretty self-reliant. She is resistant to most molds and mildews and adapts well to steady, Mediterranean climates. Essentially, keep her sunny and warm and she’ll be your best friend. This plant, however, won't be an ace in the hole about everything, as it tends to produce a yield that’s less than amazing.
If you’re looking for a strain that offers you a cerebral rush that doesn’t quit and a full body buzz that moves you into the best night of sleep you’ve had in a while, you’ve come to the right place. Between the lovely effects and her sweet lemon-lime flavors, Ghost OG is the type of bud that will definitely leave you wanting a second date.

Ghost OG is a supernatural strain I have been cultivating it for years medically. most people don't know this but Ghost is a 9-12 week flower it is not a novice growers strain as its requires special attention to detail in order to maximize its therapeutic value. its right up there with some of the greatest strains of all time.
The summery tells you that Ghost OG can get ahead of you. They're not kidding. While it Calms my wife and helps put her to sleep, it has the opposite effect on me. My thoughts race, heart rate goes up, and paranoia sets in. Everybody is different, great weed effects everybody differently. I obviously smoked too much, or that wouldn't have happened, but I'll second the sentiment. If you're new to this strain, smoke a little, than see how you feel.

I love growing and consuming Ghost! But it is not the mother of all OG. The mother was Larry bred by a guy in OC, hence Ocean Grown....

Not for long time smokers! Maybe first thing in the morning, but smoke anything else or you will find out why they call it Ghost..the buzz disappeared. Didn't really help with arthritis or chronic pain. Overall I wouldn't recommend this to a friend for a buzz or medical usages.
