About Scott's OG

Breeders at Rare Dankness Seeds tend to do an amazing job at creating potent hybrids, and Scott’s OG is no exception to that rule. By crossing Triangle Kush with Rare Dankness #1, they’ve created an indica-dominant strain that boasts classic OG characteristics that are best used by experienced individuals.

THC levels can be rather high here, with Scott’s OG coming in at a maximum of 26%. It’s no wonder, as nugs tend to feature an incredibly thick coating of trichomes over a dense and rounded structure. As with most OG strains, the smell is bright and fresh, with notes of lemon, pine, and earth blending together for a delicious experience.

Don’t let the label fool you - while this is an indica-dominant strain, many find that Scott’s OG also works to lift you up a bit at least when it comes to your mental space. Euphoria isn’t hard to reach after just one hit of this strong strain, however for the most part you’ll sink into a wave of relaxed creativity that could lead to couch-lock if you aren’t careful. You may not find that you can get a lot done during your high, but at least some creative thoughts will enter into your consciousness from time to time.

Given her high THC content, it’s no surprise that Scott’s OG is great for medical patients. The ability to treat bodily pain is easy with the full body buzz you’ll experience, and mental concerns including stress and depression also seem to just fade away. This strain can impart a serious case of the munchies if you smoke a bit too much, so make sure to keep your pantry stocked. Those who struggle with a lack of appetite will find this bud a welcome addition to their medicine cabinet. After a nice meal, get ready to kick insomnia to the curb and fall asleep fast.

Scott’s OG ends up being a great choice for home cultivators of all experience levels as her structure is very easy to trim and plants tend to produce a very nicely sized yield. Both indoor and outdoor growth are just fine, and after 8 to 10 weeks, you’ll be ready to reap your rewards.

I've been growing indoors for 15 years and this is the tastiest indica strain I have ever smoked. If I had to compare it to a beer I would describe it as the IPA of cannabis - it leaves a danky delicious cannabis taste on the back of the tongue which is unique. This strain is definately a night time smoke and is all about flavor.

Taste and smell, earthy they say. Earthy is a understatement!! I went to Oasis Cannabis because they have the best price for their eight and quarter specials along with great employees. My budtender recommended a quarter of Scott's OG and this is one of the worst tasting dirt weeds I've smoked and I'm 65 years old. Anytime old Scottie would like to taste or stand behind his product I'll be happy to return this fowl tasting garbage.
