About OG Skunk
Fans of DNA Genetics already know they bring the heat when dropping new strains, and OG Skunk is no different. By crossing OG #18 and Skunk #1 they’ve given us the kin to two fan favorites that have extremely in-demand characteristics. Luckily, the OG Skunk doesn’t disappoint.
With an above average range of 21% THC, this is a strong, albeit happy, high that will have you buzzing around town with just a couple of hits. These nugs come out an eye-catching forest green punctuated by amber hairs and a thick layer of sticky white trichomes and syrupy resin. If the appearance of these little beauties didn’t draw you in the smell certainly will. With the best of both parents coming out in its blend of flavors, users can indulge in the sweet citrus flavors and skunky sweet and lemon aromas while enjoying how the smoke sweetens over time.
For medicinal users, this strain is a great way to get through bouts of depression or stress as it is a full mind-cleansing bud. Enjoy as your heavy thoughts melt away and your desire to be positive and productive take its place. OG Skunk will give you the boost you need in a number of ways. Additionally, this strain is great for pain relief and those with a lack of appetite. Newer users should be aware that using this bud in excess can cause anxiety and should proceed with caution.
Grow information on this plant is few and far between, with many noting that it is a moderate to difficult strain to keep healthy. It is unclear why that would be the case, however, novice growers are not recommended to cultivate this plant for that reason. The flowering time is estimated at 7 to 9 weeks and it can flourish indoors and outdoors.
Fans of its parentage will rejoice in OG Skunk’s ability to live up to the family name. For an enjoyable experience filled with upbeat motivation and rounding off nicely with utter relaxation, OG Skunk is the one to reach for.

This Hybrid was 60/40 Sativa dominate & gave me a clear headed high making me uplifted, happy, & mellow. Taste & smell was a skunky citrus. Buds had different shades of light medium greens made all the lighter by fuzzy white hairs & trichomes caked on. Bright light orange pistils finished off the buds beautiful looks! ENJOY :)
