About 10th Planet
We’ve had 10 planets for the longest time, 9 if you count the demotion of Pluto (adjust your solar system models accordingly), but the essence of the 10th Planet strain is to celebrate Xena, a planetary body discovered by NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope in the early 2000s. The strain that takes its name is spacey, alright – you’ll feel weightless, giggly, blissful, and completely unfocused. You wouldn’t expect to be able to focus in Zero Gs, right? It would be about as easy to get work done on the 10th Planet strain as the actual 10th Planet.
Those who want to feel their mind going blank take a trip to the 10th Planet. Its chunky, dense flower formations produce incredible yields, flowering in 8-9 weeks in cone-like, frosty clumps. The buds are bright green, covered in trichomes, and plentifully accentuated with bright orange hairs. Remember, kids – calyxes, high, leaves, low. Thankfully, this strain’s seeds are readily available to buy online so anyone can partake of the 10th Planet’s chunky appeal.
The aroma is grapey and incredibly potent, mixed with citrus and skunky fuel, with earth and herbal notes on the exhale. Fans of sour citrus that don’t mind a little skunk will appreciate the heaviness of the strain. The resulting effects range from relaxed happiness and a feeling of sleepy content to a barely controllable urge to snack. Some users also report cottonmouth.
The 10th Planet is a hybrid strain born of Planet of the Grapes R1 and Quattro Kush (the Pluto Cut). The waves of powerful sedation you’ll feel on this strain can handle an above-average mood swing (the THC levels average around 23%). Stress, depression, pain, and those pesky post-work headaches burn up in the 10th Planet’s atmosphere as they try to complete reentry into your brain.
This makes this gassy, spice-filled planet perfect for feeling high and giggly after a long week. You’ll feel relaxed, happy, and hungry, not exactly ready to do anything stressful. Due to the possibility of sedation, we recommend keeping your visits to the 10th Planet nocturnal.
Sometimes blankness and contentment are allies. By taking you to a place where you don’t have to focus anymore, except on your current snacks and trying to hold back the giggles, the 10th Planet has become an easily sourced and frequently used favorite among internet cannabis shoppers ready to lay back and space out.
One of my favorite strains. Its a creeper, but once its in full swing it makes you relaxed and happy, stoney and hazy, but not couch locked. Music is awesome on 10th Planet too. It always has an arousing effect too, so best if you're with someone special that you can use that effect with.
