Wikileaf Announces Leadership Transition

​​​​​​Wikileaf Technologies Inc. announced today that Dan Nelson, its founder, will step down as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and take on the role of Chief Growth Officer. Dan will remain on and continue to serve as a member of the board of directors of the Company. The Company also announced today that Derek Firth, an early-stage investor and advisor to WikiLeaf Technologies Inc., has been appointed as the CEO of the Company. These changes are effective immediately.

Wikileaf Announces Anticipated Listing Date on the Canadian Securities Exchange and Filing of Its Final Non-Offering Prospectus

Wikileaf Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that it has filed its final long-form non-offering prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. Wikileaf is also pleased to announce that it has obtained conditional approval on September 9, 2019 from the CSE for the listing of its common shares under the ticker symbol “WIKI”. Assuming all conditions of Listing are satisfied, the common shares of Wikileaf are expected to commence for trading on the CSE on Sept. 25, 2019 or such other later date as may be determined by the Company.
