About The Soap

Sometimes when breeding cannabis, you come across unique combinations of terpene profiles that you would never expect. The Soap is one of those strange concoctions, a Mintz/Seed Junky Genetics/Berner creation that derives its name from its sudsy, perfumed flavor. Available at Cookies, The Soap is definitely a strain to check out if you like uplifting sativas.

This is one of those locked down strains, only released as flower or concentrate at Cookies and Lemonnade stores. Only the growers licensed by Cookies will really know how it grows. We can speculate that it grows similar to Kush Mints and Animal Mints, with massive, deep purple and gold colas.

The Soap looks like tight lumps of potpourri, with reds, purples and greens wrapped together with tiny auburn threads. Then the smell hits you, making you want to take a second look to be sure it isn’t some sort of aromatic flower preparation. Lavender, honey suckles, rose and lilac scents are all present — it's like walking through a spring garden.

Leaning more on the sativa side, the buzz from The Soap has a refreshing irish spring like quality. Taking a toke is like scrubbing yourself naked in a waterfall out in nature. The slight tinge of mint adds an effervescent quality that opens up the senses. We love it for creative activities or day hikes in the mountains.

If you are looking for something new and different in the cannabis world, The Soap will definitely wow you. With such a remarkable floral terpene profile, it makes a great midday treat to help get through a long and dirty day. The Soap might not be for everyone, but it's a strain that should definitely be on your list to try.

I absolutely LOVE The Soap. I've had it as flower and concentrate from Cookies, Cherry, and some dispensaries in-house grow and I think that Cherry in Colorado grows it the best (even though Cookies are the original grower.) The first time I heard the name The Soap, I straight up said nope! But after some persuasion I tried it and was blew away by those amazing floral flavors. The high is top-notch as well, providing good vibes and functionality with a pleasant body high.
