About Reggie

This sativa-dominant hybrid is rated a C by many in the medicinal marijuana community, as its believed it can be used in combating mental illness and mood disorders. Reggie is a mild to moderate strain in its effects. It is not known where this strain originated or what its genetics are, so pinning it down proves to be quite tricky.

One thing that is certain is that this strain is a 70/30 blend with moderate THC levels, between 18% and 20%, and can be used for a host of purposes. The buds are dense and dark green in color with a leafy flower and yellowish orange hairs.

The smell has been described as strange, falling somewhere between skunk and potpourri. Cheap perfume is its dominant aroma and it has a tingly feeling upon inhale. The flavors are equally as strange and hard to put into words, with some describing it as a nutmeg like numbing feeling without the nutmeg flavor.

The high you get with Reggie is energetic and a bit all over the place. At times you feel highly focused and uplifted, then that is followed up by extreme forgetfulness and fits of giggles. The common thread throughout the high is euphoric happiness, which is great for anyone looking to just get bent on bliss. This is a stimulating strain and will definitely give you the munchies, so be sure to have your favorite snacks within arm’s reach.

As this is a strain that's popular for medicinal use, it’s obvious that it has a host of medicinal purposes. The first and most prominent effects are believed to be the relief and care of mental illness and mood disorders. As it is also an effective stimulant, Reggie is utilized in the treatment of eating disorders or a general lack of appetite. Any patient who can handle or is looking for a strong marijuana will love Reggie. Novice users are cautioned as this is a strong buzz and may not be for the faint of heart.

Unfortunately, there is little to no information on how to grow or even find the seeds for this strain. What information that can be found is geared toward large-scale growth for hospitals and does not cater to the home grower in any way.

If you are open to a strong strain that is totally weird and like nothing you’ve tried before, Reggie would be it. Between the mouth-numbing sensation to the flavors you can't quite put your fingers on, this might be one for the books. Medical users, don't fret, as this is a great strain if you are looking to quiet the mind and find relief from various symptoms.
