Mango Kush
About Mango Kush
History & Genetics
Mango Kush's exact history is mostly unknown, but it likely comes from a cross between Mango, by KC Brains, and the famed Hindu Kush.
Mango Kush has a THC count of up to 16% and averages around 10-12%. For most users, this strain kicks in immediately, producing both a strong body stone and euphoria. Many also find that this strain makes them more open and talkative. Occasionally, it can cause 'the giggles,' especially with higher doses or first-time use.
Typical Effects
Common Usage
Appearance, Aroma & Flavor
Mango Kush is an indica-dominant strain with strong flavors and aromas reminiscent of the tropical fruit for which it is named. It also has notes of pine and banana on the exhale. These buds typically grow in densely packed nugs, covered in a dusting of trichomes.
THC Content
Effects
Mango Kush's effects typically last for one to two hours. It is a classic 'munchies' strain, and many patients use it to calm nausea and induce appetite. This strain also causes drowsiness, usually starting halfway through the duration of its effects. Negative effects may include the usual cottonmouth, dry eyes, paranoia, dizziness, and anxiety.
It is not recommended for daytime use but can work wonders on chronic aches and pains, especially joint pain. Mango Kush relieves insomnia and may also ease headache and migraine. Patients also use it to reduce inflammation and treat stress and anxiety.
Growing
Almost never growing taller than five feet, Mango Kush grows well both indoors and out. It finishes flowering in nine to eleven weeks and often delivers a high yield of over 400 grams per square meter.

This strain is my top favorite strain out of all strains I’ve ever had. First, 5 hits I took slapped me in the face and got me zooted. Felt super happy, energetic, creative but then indica hits, and all I was doing was laughing at the dumbest stuff ever. Highly recommended.

I've tried this several times now and have decided I really don't like it. For one thing, it increases my pain considerably, so then I can't relax and go to sleep. I won't buy this strain again.

I keep coming back to this strain. I’ve had bad insomnia as far back as I can remember. (I’m 30) I have high anxiety. (PTSD) I don’t eat when I’m stressed, so I’ve lost my appetite and too much weight. (I love food so that part really sucks.) This strain checks all the boxes for me and it was a hard combo for me to find. It slows my thoughts down so I can relax and get to sleep. It relaxes my anxiety so I can live. (Lol) In the morning I wake up super hungry so I start my day off actually eating something. So, yea, I'm crazy down with this strain lol. And it’s a fruity indica!!! If you have searched, you know it’s hard to find (and I’m not talking about blueberry or blackberry, those aren’t really fruity.). So, thanks Potters.
