Effects

The high usually starts with the sativa effects, generating uplifting moods with heady cerebral sensations. Users report feeling more creative. Adults diagnosed with ADD/ ADHD report feeling more focused. The indica effects follow, often producing numbing laziness, sedation, and increased appetite. Negative effects include the usual dry eyes and mouth. Some anxiety, dizziness, and paranoia may also occur (especially with higher doses).

Patients choose Ice Cream primarily for the treatment of stress. The strain allows patients with anxiety and depression-related disorders to relax. Ice Cream's indica-based effects are also helpful to those seeking relief from mild aches and pains. Patients dealing with anorexia and other eating disorders may find Ice Cream useful in inducing appetite.

Growing

When grown outdoors, this strain flowers at around 55 to 60 days and is usually ready for harvest in October. Indoors, Ice Cream grows best in the Sea of Green technique. It features an above-average yield both indoors and out.

Great strain! Super heady. I like indica strains. It definitely leans that way. I recommend if you have anxiety or if your trying to chill hard lol.

The buzz is really nice buds were nice and dense. Now my reason for the average score is cuz it was average-looking nothing that really jumped out at me. Not to mention its flavor was there but not as strong as I would have liked, other than that it was good and worth the money. I'd buy it again given the right circumstance.

I love the smell of Ice Cream Cake and the reaction I have after I smoke it. I would to attempt to grow my own plant.

This strain is delicious. The vanilla nutty flavor it gives off make you want to smoke a whole eight to the face. Be careful. It is strong and it creeps. I love the suave feel it gave me like was gliding/walking around in a throwback 70's movie. You should watch Tarantino's Jack Brown while you smoke this. The reason for the terrible score is it gave me migraines for the next 4 days. It might have been a bad batch but I'm going to try the vanilla bean strain version of this and hopefully it will give me the same effects without the splitting headaches.

Comes with a kick of energy and then a slow drift into tiredness. Pros: fun for social situations Cons: ridiculous case of the munchies, increased anxiety response
