Holy Grail Kush, as the name suggests, is DNA Genetics' indica-dominant masterpiece that took the top prize in the High Times Cannabis Cup of 2011 in the Hybrid category. It is said that Holy Grail Kush, also referred to as Holy Grail OG, is the first strain to receive a perfect score in the category.
The strain inherits a thick piney and citrus aroma and taste from its father, "The OG #18". Its maternal strain is Kosher Kush which produces a myriad of effects in both mind and body that can be calming and uplifting. This strain boasts 20% THC and as much as 4% CBD.

Appearance, Aroma, & Flavor
Holy Grail Kush has a unique aroma consisting of coffee, cardamon, lemon, and lime. While it's being burned, notes of earth, wood, and pine tones also arise. The buds are bulbous, chunky, and round with orange hairs speckling their surface. It glistens with frosty trichomes.

Effects
Its effects begin with calming stress and anxiety. Holy Grail Kush may also be used to calm nausea, soothe aches, stimulate appetite, and stabilize moods. Smoke this strain when you are winding down from work and re-center your overwhelmed mind.
Growing
Simple enough even for the first-time grower, this strain requires little space but should be supported during the flowering period. Lasting around nine weeks, Holy Grail Kush likes a lot of fertilizer and can be grown indoors or outside. It does well using both the Screen of Green and Sea of Green techniques. Grown properly, this strain may produce between 500 and 650 grams per square meter.

Been smoking Maui waui (uplifting sativa) lately and wanted a change so I got this indica hybrid. Gives that classic indica body high and numbs the mind. Helps with social anxiety, great for chill socializing, goes well with a few good drinks. Won't make inexperienced users paranoid. Good to share with others. Great situational / occasional / evening smoke. I don't recommend this as a everyday / common usage smoke due to it's numbing effects.

been puffin' on this strain for awhile now and i love it. Available here in OKC @ CaliRoots bred by Tradecraft Farms, she usually falls around 24%. Very sticky and trich'd out defo kushy earthy classic smell as overview mentions but theres has a gas undertone as well which makes it even BETTER! smokes wonderful, taste great and smooth. head tingly warm within a few puffs then body buzz kicks in. one of my favorite strains in 2020 Holy Grail made me go Holy shit! ~MJ~ stay lifted

I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am very sensitive to smoking and can't even fully green a hitter. With that being said, I usually find myself fighting panic attacks for the first 15 minutes after smoking because of the head high and with my panic attacks my heart rate get to about 140bpm. With this strain, even if I start to get worked up or panic, my heart rate stays in the 70s and I don't get the head high. I have been smoking for a week, lightly and I couldn't be more impressed. If you suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks, this is for you 100% I am so happy with this find.
