About Gorilla Glue #12

A potent addition of the Gorilla Glue line of genetics, Gorilla Glue #12 is a sativa-dominant hybrid with a complex aroma. A cross between two classic hybrids, Gorilla Glue #4 and Chernobyl, this bud has a classically dank flavor and a multilayered high. Effects tend to start out with a brainy edge before melting into deep relaxation. Gorilla Glue #12 has THC levels that have been measured at between 18% and a whopping 30%.

Flowers of Gorilla Glue #12 stand out with their large size and relatively solid formation. The buds, which tend to have a tapered, pinecone-like shape, have small leaves that curl tightly inward toward their central stems. The leaves themselves are a deep mossy green and are twisted through with curly orange pistils. Finally, translucent white trichomes cover both the inner and outer nooks and crannies of these dense flowers.

The first whiff of Gorilla Glue #12’s flowers may pick up on some pungent fruity notes, similar to fermented vegetable matter. On closer inspection, there are some deeply nutty aromas as well. Grinding up or breaking open these compact flowers delivers an astringent hit of diesel to the palate. When burnt, Gorilla Glue #12 gives off a harsh smoke that’s likely to trigger a coughing fit. On the exhale, this smoke carries the taste of coffee with a bit of a skunky edge.

Gorilla Glue #12 may take some time before it hits; smokers may forget that they’ve even toked, as it may be 10 to 15 minutes before effects begin to creep in. The strain’s onset may be marked by an initial headrush that results in weird tics like a pulsing in the temples and an increase in salivation. Other early signs of its action can include a change in sensory perception, with phenomena like time dilation and slight visual or auditory distortions being commonly reported. Smokers who are into these psychedelic effects can amplify them even further with atmospheric touches like a moody playlist or a visually-engaging movie. At the same time that it warps the senses, Gorilla Glue #12 may increase cerebral functioning, lending a new intensity or dynamic to some otherwise uninteresting concepts. This elevated mindset can be a good way to accomplish problem-solving tasks, as well as more open-ended creative projects. As some time passes, though, Gorilla Glue #12’s head-focused high may melt into a more embodied, stoney vibe. Progressively deeper breaths of relaxation may result in a loosening of tension and a distraction from any lingering worries or preoccupations. As dosage is increased, couchlock can even be possible, allowing smokers to fully melt into their surroundings. Although this strain may kill some motivation to be active or productive, it still allows for mental lucidity and can facilitate free-flowing conversation in social situations. Because of its gradual decline into laziness, Gorilla Glue #12 is recommended for consumption between afternoon and evening.

Gorilla Glue #12’s well-balanced properties give it a wide range of uses for medical cannabis patients as well. The plugged-in, cerebral effects that come with its onset may enable focus for those with attention deficit disorders. Its generally upbeat vibes are also a good way to temporarily soothe the symptoms of mild to moderate stress or depression. Physically, Gorilla Glue #12 can dull pain, whether it’s temporary, as due to injury, or chronic, as due to conditions like lupus. Anti-inflammatory properties, meanwhile, may take care of everyday irritations like headaches or nausea. Because of the strong possibility of disorienting “mindrace,” Gorilla Glue #12 is not recommended for patients who are prone to panic or who have a low tolerance for THC.

Seeds of Gorilla Glue #12 are not available for sale online. Instead, prospective growers should seek out a trusted source from which to obtain clippings that can be grown as “clones.” The strain can be cultivated indoors or out, although outdoor success calls for a semi-humid, Mediterranean-like climate. Plants tend to grow tall and branchy and may need to be pruned back early in the vegetative stage in order to fit in limited indoor spaces. Gorilla Glue #12 flowers within 9 to 10 weeks when grown indoors. It offers a moderate yield of flowers at harvest time.

I got A clone in 2016 and have run 7 harvests since then as I loved it instantly! Early harvests (55days), are Euphoric and energetic without being Speedy. Late harvests(80days), the Bud purples and will couch lock you. Very Strong and excellent for micro-dosers!
