About Bedford Glue
Was it named after a part of the United Kingdom or did these mystery breeders just think that Bedford Glue was a cool name? We may never know, as this strain comes from unknown origins and is hard to find on the market. Apparently, she was born of a cross between Gorilla Glue #1 and Highwayman, giving this well-balanced hybrid an exciting lineage to uphold.
Great for most experience levels, Bedford Glue seems to average right around 20% THC. Nugs tend to be popcorn-shaped and feature amber hairs with matching trichomes. Her aroma and flavor are equally enticing, as berries, sage, and earth blend together for a sweet and savory mix that’s perfect any time of the day. Those with more sensitive palates may detect a pepper and pine undertone as well.
Although she’s touted as a 50/50 strain, Bedford Glue certainly lifts you up before taking you down. A hazy yet happy high awaits you, with heady effects that can’t help but make you feel a little out of it. Your spirits will be lifted and the giggles may come in waves before she lets you down nice and easy. While you’ll feel relaxed, your level of functionality shouldn’t be affected and your good mood will continue to last. This bud can bring on a case of the munchies in some users, so if you find you are susceptible to that issue, make sure to have snacks at the ready.
While Bedford Glue is great for boosting your spirits, that’s not actually her claim to fame for medical applications. Surprisingly, this strain is great for physical ailments, with inflammation and general pain topping the list of issues she can tackle. While an occasional headache may benefit from this bud, we’re sure that any trace of stress or depression will likely go out the window as well. More specific concerns including eye pressure and muscle spasms have also been noted as some of the issues this strain can help with.
Home growers may not be super jazzed about cultivating their own Bedford Glue, probably because they’ve simply never heard of it. Thankfully that seems to be just fine, as recommendations on how to grow your own version of this bud at home don’t really exist. As is often the case with mystery breeders, the ability to replicate certain strains in private can get pretty tricky.
A great option for taking the edge off of chronic medical conditions or simply a way to liven up a boring workday, Bedford Glue is an easy to love strain that offers users a little bit of everything. Finding her, on the other hand, becomes much more of a challenge, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled every time you visit your local dispensary.
