This is an icky place. Very small, not very clean. Ordered online, got confirmation texts (3) that my ordered had been received, it was being prepared and then that it was confirmed and ready for pick-up. Had to stand in line outside in the access road for over 1 hour. Got inside, went to the "Express Line" and they did not have my order. I had to go through it again and they only had part of what I originally ordered online. they bagged it and I asked the person "So that is 4 of (whatever), 6 of (whatever) and 6 of (whatever)? They said yes, stapled the bag shut and I paid and took my bag and went home. When I got home there were 4 items missing from the bag but they were on my receipt. So I paid for 4 things that they did not put in the bag even after they "verified" what was in my order. I made 3 phone calls to the store, had to leave voicemails and no one ever called me back. Have been here before and this is the second time they have not given me what I ordered or charged me wrong.

I love AZ Organix for several reasons. They offer the best prices in the valley and have kick ass medications! The quality is top notch!
Your place would be tolerable if not for their manager. He's a complete ass. He yells at customers and employees alike, to the point of making customers cry, and he's known to put his hands on employees, all of which the company allows. Besides the fact that their weed sux, this dude is reason enough to stay away.

Your policy is returns within 7 days. I was beyond disappointed with the quality of viper of shatter. Spoke with Pedro who told me the return was only on batteries. It does not state that. I purchased 3 grams and was told no returns. I have my receipt and called within minutes of leaving and was told no refunds. I will not be back and I will let all of my friends know about this shady business. I hope the owner has access to read these emails. You should re evaluate your managers customer skills. Good customer gone. I will tell all about my horrible experience here. Please do the right thing and change the verbiage on your website and in your lobby. Your employees are driving your business away....... Thank you in advance for your time
