Fraser is located in Grand County, on the north side of Berthoud Pass off of U.S. Highway 40. It’s a small town catering mainly to tourists visiting Winter Park Resort or those headed to Rocky Mountain National Park. Fraser has a select number of recreational marijuana stores.
